Sad to say.. Even na tanggalin natin ang president ang palitan ng sampung beses. Same padin yun.


I think the more better solution is focus sila sa technology. Gawin nilang computerized and automated ang lahat. Yeah I understand meron padin workaround but then at least ma minimized.

Like for instance.. I got a consulting project last year sa atin CTO (city treasurer's office) specifically for Real Property Tax. The focus is to make the whole process fully automated. From accessors to payments hangang printing.

So ang labas.. Yung dating lagay lagay dun sa city accessors nabawasan. Then since mabilis na ang process less na din yung Fixers. And also accurate na yung mga binabayaran and mabilis na ang notice of delinquency.

Ang akin point is pag maging automated na yun and monitored via national government; magdadalawang isip na sila mangdaya kasi alam nila madaming naga-check ng mga transactions.. Even if dayain nila ang system meron padin mga LOGS and the records meron din mga control numbers wherein ndi pdeng manipulate.

Other than the computerized system ang palaging nadidinig natin na need ng changes is within the people and leaders.Gasgas na word but I think needed padin natin.

My Comment naman dun sa latest ZTE scandal. I believe meron talagang TRUTH dun sa mga sinabi ni Lozada. Sadly the Government is trying to cover it up. tsk tsk.

Pero wala tayong magagawa pag impeach natin kay Gloria cno naman ang pdeng ilagay?? si Yondaime?? si freshmen?? What If ako nlang kaya??

Yep i agree with you...Technology helps a lot...pero sana naman....d masyadong mabawasan ang mga trabaho para mas marami pa ding magkatrabaho...mataas na ang unemployment rate...hehehe which is i think one of the disadvantages of technology....I believe theres a way naman d ba???

anyway that's another topic i think....Sa akin for now, i don't think we can change our presient...I know we need to change the president..kaya lang la pa kasing mas ok na tao na puedeng pumalit...lahat naman sila pare-pareho...

Not necessary, ndi para mabasawan ang trabaho but para mas mabilis ang kanilang trabaho. And they can do many things. Like for instance.. Yung kanilang report na ginagawa ng 6hrs pde na nilang gawin 10min. Which means madami na yung time nya ma allot for other things..

Imagine your life nung typewritter pa na time.. And the life ngayung computer era. Ndi naman nabawasan yung trabaho dba?

Meron kasing domino effect yun if maging less yung corruption; lahat ng services ng government magiging maganda. Dadami ang investors dito sa Pilipinas.. Then dadami ang work.. Gaganda ang economiya... and so on.

I thought the Government Branches (judiciary, executive and legislative) are in equal power?

With this SC decision ang labas pag merong Legislative Query / Investigation tapos sabihin ng President its part of Executive Order 464 then ndi na pde pang imbestigahan.

I'm not a lawyer pero dba pag democtratic coutry supposed to be "Government of the people, by the people, for the people" Kaya lang naging "Buy the Government, for The President" tsk tsk.

Lets just say she's playing her cards well..hehehe....
