Eto akin observations:

• For starters like me, hindi ko alam kung ano ang INITIAL D. No related information sa site.
• The colors kinda dull
• You need to use meta tags and register your site sa mga search engines
• Medyo mabigat ang pictures-- under merchandise area (there should be clickable small images if its a thumbnail).
• Then no prices dun sa merchandise area.
• Mey mga unused buttons (e.g manga)

for the merchandise, he's actually not selling them, if you read the info on the left side it says, "... Here is where ill report any cool stuff i find." he's just letting people know whats out there.

about the website info, it's really only for people who already know what Initial D is, i think. if you don't know what it is, then you shouldnt go there. But i agree there should be a brief info about it. But, just from the links and the menus, you kinda get the idea that it is a show (it says on the home page, left side), a video game; a racing game (cars).

Meta tags, he just doesnt wanna put it because the site isnt finish.

colors, it's his choice.. he got this palette from a japanese magazine. He wants it to look sooo japanese. (they use these colors alot) and i respect that some people cant stand it. it looks different in every monitors, it looks awesome here ( he uses a HD monitor the colors are awesome), but it may look dull on others because of the lightsouce or WB. When i check his website in school, it looks dull kasi yung monitor is old and it's not as bright.




unused buttons, he forgets to put a "underconstruction page" or something. he's gonna work on it.

I dont think its about the monitor. What I mean by dull is yung colors natin mukhang 1990 na website. You need some combination of colors like the image you post; meron konting blending ng light, shadows transparency or If needed gradiance.

Like for example --> This IMAGE

What if single color lang ang background.. dba it would be dull? regardless of what monitor you use
